Why thermal insulation matters in the automotive sector

Workshops and showrooms have a particular challenge: they combine huge heated volumes with frequent door openings, fluctuating occupancy, and well-defined temperature zones. A generic hall insulation quickly turns into an expensive misinvestment here.

We design thermal-protection solutions that account for exactly these conditions. That starts with the right material — mineral wool for our fire-protection combinations, PIR for high insulation values at low build-up depth, XPS for moisture-prone base areas — and ends with proper detailing at doors, skylights, and ventilation systems.

Where we make the difference

Every thermal insulation project is decided by the details that nobody sees once it is finished:

  • Thermal-bridge-free connections to columns, beams, and doors
  • Vapour-open assemblies where they make functional sense, vapour-tight where building physics requires it
  • Clean fastening — no penetrations that later become cold bridges
  • Complete documentation of every layer build-up for your construction file

Our process

  1. On-site walk-through with thermal imaging camera and building plans — we capture the as-is condition
  2. Concept and option costing — typically two to three solution paths, transparently compared by capex, lifecycle cost, and construction time
  3. Detailed quote with parts list, material/labour breakdown, schedule
  4. Installation by experienced drywall craftsmen with our own scissor lift and safety equipment
  5. Hand-over and documentation — including U-value proof and delivery notes for every material installed
