Privacy policy

2. What data we process

When you visit our website, we process technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, and operating system). This processing serves to deliver the website and ensure IT security (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

When you use our contact or quote-request forms, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone number, message, and selected products / SKUs where applicable) to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre- contractual measures; supplementary (a) — consent).

3. External processors

3.1 Web3Forms (form delivery)

To deliver form submissions to our business address we use the service Web3Forms (Rugged Vision Sdn. Bhd., Bayan Lepas, Malaysia). Form submissions are sent to Web3Forms and forwarded by them as an email to our address isopro.office@gmail.com. We have either concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Web3Forms or use only contractually safeguarded transmission paths. Web3Forms privacy notice: https://web3forms.com/privacy.

3.2 Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)

To protect against automated requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA — safeguarded via EU standard contractual clauses). Turnstile checks whether the request originates from a human, without setting cookies. Data processed: IP address, browser characteristics, mouse movements.

3.3 Google Maps (optional, after click)

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. For privacy reasons, the map is loaded only when you actively click on it ("Activate map"). Only then is data transmitted to Google LLC, USA. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies in principle. We use locally stored data in the browser (LocalStorage) only to provide the quote-list functionality (selected products). This data is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.

5. Storage period

Inquiry and contact-form data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and any subsequent processes (quote, order); thereafter at least for the statutory retention period (seven years per BAO and UGB) and is then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and to data portability and objection regarding your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at). You can revoke any consent given at any time. Send inquiries informally to isopro.office@gmail.com.

7. Data security

Data transmission via this website is consistently carried out via TLS / HTTPS (transport encryption). We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.
